Who we are

ALFA Rebuild is run from Ontario, Canada. If you have a question about your information, write to taran@alfarebuild.com.

What we collect

When you join the founding list or ask for the free preview, we collect your first name and email address.

After you sign up you can choose to tell us more: your postal or ZIP code, what brought you here, and which form the pattern takes for you. All of it is optional.

If you sign up through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the details you submit in that form.

If you buy something from us, the purchase is handled by Gumroad, which shares your name and email with us so we can deliver what you bought.

Why we collect it

To send you what you asked for, such as the Mind First preview, and to write to you about ALFA Rebuild.

Your postal code, if you give it, helps us plan local circles of men near you.

Your optional answers help us understand what men need from the program.

Who handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and send email: Base44 (the website and its database), Make (the automation that sends our emails), Google Workspace (our email), Gumroad (purchases), Meta (measuring our ads through the Meta Pixel), Cloudflare (website statistics that don't use cookies) and Microsoft Clarity (which shows us, without identifying you, how visitors use our public pages, so we can make them clearer).

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Ads and measurement

This site uses the Meta Pixel so we can see whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to sign-ups. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

On our public pages we also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how the pages are scrolled and clicked so we can see where they are unclear. It hides what you type into forms, and it does not run inside the program itself.

Your choices

To stop receiving our emails, reply to any of them or write to taran@alfarebuild.com.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to taran@alfarebuild.com and we will take care of it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it from our records.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
