ALFA

The Founder

I killed the old
version of me.

I'm Taran. I built ALFA Rebuild after putting the protocol through myself first. The numbers below are physician-confirmed.

Running ALFA Rebuild is not a career move. It is a duty. Every high-functioning man I have seen carry a pattern too long has paid for it with the same things I did: focus, edge, presence at home, health.

Guiding a man to his version of the rebuild is what I am here to do. His pattern, his sixty-five days, his mechanism interrupted. Not the rebuild I ran. The same discipline underneath, applied to his life.

For years I ran the script most of us are handed. Solve the surface. Keep moving on autopilot. Don't stop long enough to look underneath. Chase the next number, the next title, the next proof to everyone, including myself, that I was fine.

That worked for a while. Until it did not.

At some point, everything started feeling off. My focus. My edge. My performance. My health. My steadiness. Not one collapse. All of them at once, quietly, compounding. The harder I ran, the further the goals kept moving. I was running on fumes and calling it discipline.

None of it touched what was underneath. It was never built to.

When that finally landed, the noise stopped. It was the greatest clarity I ever had.

From there the question got very simple. Bounce back, or stay down.

The behaviour that carries a man to that edge is different for every one of us. Some drink. Some gamble. Some overeat. Some overspend. Some overwork. Some withdraw. The output changes. The default underneath is the same, and it runs unquestioned for years, because it keeps working. Until it doesn't.

For a long time I treated the setbacks as the interruption to the path. They were the path.

"The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way."

Marcus Aurelius

The difference was not what I lost. It was that I stopped death-gripping outcomes and the external things I could not control. Stopped calling maintenance of a broken pattern discipline. When my body forced the conversation, I answered it. Most men negotiate. That is the only real difference.

On January 20, 2025, I stopped. I pressed a hard reset, let go of every pattern tied to the old version of me, and rebuilt from the ground up, in silence.

I stepped back, all the way back. Before I could rebuild the outside, I had to rebuild the inside. I started with the mind, because the mind runs everything. I changed how I thought, what I believed, what I gave weight to, and what I let go of.

Mind first. Body second. Life third.

That order is not a slogan. Reverse it and you are rearranging furniture in a burning house. Steady the inside, and the outside follows on its own time.

A year later I had reached a physical and mental baseline I did not think was possible. So I tested it. First privately, with my brother. Same 65 days, same architecture, and his numbers moved the way mine did. Then with a handful of professionals, each caught in his own version of the autopilot. It held. The protocol was not a story about me anymore. That is when I codified it.

What I value most from the rebuild is the composure. Less shakes me now. Problems arrive and I meet them from a steadier place. The noise underneath got quieter.

I am still practicing, still adjusting. That is the point.

The rebuild was physical and mental. The bloodwork is only the half a lab can measure.

These are my personal results. They are proof the rebuild was lived before it was offered, not promised outcomes.

Today I run ALFA Rebuild for a select number of men in any given 65-day cycle. I remain active in real estate. Different domains. Same discipline underneath: observation, structure, strategy. The rebuild produced a life that could hold all of it. That is what the work is for.

I ran it on myself first.
Now I run it with you.

That decision is available to you now, with your life still intact. Nothing gets blown up. Nobody has to know. The marriage, the work, the schedule stay. What changes is the man running them.

If you are content with the autopilot, that is fine. Not every man will do an hour of structured work a day for 65 days. If you are ready to stop gripping and rebuild from the foundation, this is for you.

It opens a private conversation with me, not a sales team. We talk. If the fit is right and I have room, we start. If it is not, I tell you straight. Either way, the conversation stays between us.

I have told men no. Because they were not ready to interrupt the pattern that got them here. That pattern does not want to be interrupted. It will produce whatever doubt is loudest in your head right now. Notice it. Decide anyway.

Alfa Rebuild

Break the pattern draining your focus, your edge, and your presence at home. Built and lived by a founder who reversed his own, then walked it with the men who came next.
